Classes are held in a fully remodeled clement controlled facility in Edgewood, WA.
AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Testing available at the end of each 6 week Class ($20) if we feel your dog(s) is ready.
Learn how to raise a happy, well-behaved puppy. The first few months of a puppy’s life are considered its sensitive period. It is during this time that a puppy must be properly socialized and exposed to new people, places, children, other pets, sights and sounds. These group lessons emphasize the prevention of common behavior problems, establishing a strong bond between owners and their puppies, encouraging good temperament, and teaching basic household manners. This program also covers basic obedience cues such as Sit, Down, Come, Drop It and others. At the end of the 6 week class your puppy will receive their AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Certificate!
ON HOLD
Basic Obedience if for dogs of any age; no prior training necessary. In this class, your dog will learn basic obedience cues, but in the context of real-life exercise... sitting politely for greetings, walking nicely on leash, developing impulse control, and basic obedience cues such as Sit, Down, Stay, Come and more!
In this class, we build on what we learned in Basic Obedience by adding distractions and distance so our dogs learn to pay attention even when other things are going on! (Prerequisite: Basic Obedience)
And finally, we make sure our dogs truly understand their cues by adding even more distractions and really mixing things up to make things more challenging! In this class, we proof all the behaviors your dog has learned, on leash and off leash and no matter what’s going on! C’mon you can do this! (Pre-requisite: Continuing Basic Obedience)

Service Dog - Urban Dog Obedience, we make sure our dogs truly understand their cues by adding even more distractions and really mixing things up to make things more challenging, like going out into public! In this class, we proof all the behaviors your dog has learned in past classes, on leash and off leash and no matter what’s going on!
